TR90:
TR90 is a lightweight, flexible thermoplastic material, perfect for everyday wear. Its soft texture is suitable for individuals with sensitive skin.

Stainless Steel:
Our stainless steel is thin yet sturdy, lightweight, and designed to be elegant and timeless. The stainless steel surface is coated with IP plating technology, making it corrosion-resistant and durable.

How to Choose the Right Size?

In the product description, you will find frame size information, consisting of five elements:

  • The first element is the lens width (48mm, 50mm, etc.).
  • The second element is the bridge width (12mm, 13mm, etc.).
  • The third element is the temple length (135mm, 140mm, etc.).
  • The fourth element is the frame width (130mm, 140mm, etc).
  • The fifth element is the lens height (30mm, 35mm, etc).

The design of Project Soul products generally fits well for all types of facial shapes, but for more detailed guidance, here's how to select the frame size:

  • Narrow Face: Select a frame width size of 134mm or smaller
  • Medium Face: Select a frame width size of 135mm up to 140mm.
  • Wide Face: Select a frame width size of 141mm or larger.
Can I buy lenses with prescription?

We currently do not offer lenses with prescription.

Is the product ready for stock?

All products are ready in stock, and if by chance they are out of stock, this information will be provided on the product page.

What is included in the price?

Each product comes with a free storage box, hard case, soft cloth and pouch.

Orders & Shipping
How to place an order?
  1. Choose your favorite frame.
  2. After that, you can choose to purchase the frame only (click "By Frame Only") or select the frame and lenses ("Buy With Lens").

If you choose to buy with lenses:

  1. Select the type of lenses you want.
  2. Choose the lens thickness based on how high your prescription is (for specific lenses).
  3. Enter your measurements using one of the provided methods/options.

After adding all the glasses you want to your cart, please proceed to checkout.

Are there charges for international duties and taxes?

Product price does not include tax and the amount of duties will vary by different terms and tax policy for each country. Once your order is ready to deliver in your country, the local courier will contact and inform you of the tax and duty. In that case, customers will be responsible for any duties imposed by local customs.

If you refuse to pay tax or it is not paid within a certain period, your parcel will be automatically sent back to Project Soul.

Can orders be changed or canceled after payment?

We always process your orders quickly and accurately. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate requests for order changes or cancellations once payment has been confirmed.

What is the estimated order processing time?

After payment has been confirmed, the estimated order processing time is 1-2 business days.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to over 220 countries through DHL.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process based on your location. However, enjoy free shipping on orders above $100.

What is the estimated delivery time for the items?

The estimated delivery time for global shipping is 2-7 days after your order has been processed. Weekends and holidays are not included in business day count.

How to track your order?

Once you complete making a payment, the tracking number will be informed by email within 24 hours. The tracking number keeps you updated on the status of your delivery.

Exchange & Refund
What is the policy and procedure for product exchanges?

Product exchanges are only applicable in cases of errors caused by Project Soul, such as defective products or incorrect orders.

You have 7 days to report and send photo evidence via email or WhatsApp for our review.

Is a refund possible?

Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock.

What are the product warranties for Project Soul?

The warranty period for frames and lenses is valid for 1 year. Warranty covers damages caused by Project Soul, such as material defects or processing issues. It does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, improper cleaning, or misuse by the buyer.
